Synod is the highest decision making organ in the diocese led by Diocesan bishop. The Bishop is the spiritual head and the Chief executive officer of the diocese. He is assisted his Pastoral roles by the Vicar General. For efficiency sake, the Bishop delegates the day to day administrative functions of the Diocese to the diocesan General Secretary who essentially oversees the day to day operations of all the departments of the diocese. These three positions form what is termed as the diocesan team of top executives

  14. Bible Knowledge Program and the new 
  15. Anabel Memorial Health Center (AMHC) among others
