This is an initiative that target to empower the church and community to identify their own opportunities and resources and using them for bringing development through training and provision of different inputs. The initiative help church and community overcome dependency that is a result of poor management of resources like land, rivers, forest and not being benefited with resources like weather, different marketing opportunities, growth of technology and other opportunities provided by the government and other stakeholders.
It enable secondary school students who are within diocesan boundary to access bible education while at school. This education is given by trained teachers and management is done by the Coordinator who is at Diocesan head office. Students reached either form four or form six can sit for Bible knowledge national examinations and can be trained by these teachers regardless of their denomination or religion.
