Diocesan Council

The council has authority on Synod meeting according to the constitution, policies, conditions and Kagera Diocese job delegations. The council meets at least twice a year, review and pass agreed decisions by the voting power and final agreements are presented to the synod for approval. It is chaired by Diocesan Bishop and the following members attend by their title (Assistant Diocesan Bishop, Diocesan General Secretary, Finance board Secretary, Evangelism Board Secretary, Pastoral ministry Board Secretary). Other council members are selected as per diocesan terms and Monitoring structure
